Leeds Makeover and Flip

This summer, I teamed up with a fellow flipper to invest in an area that was new to both of us. It was new to us because we didn't have flipping experience there, but the purchase price and local comps supported the level of work and profit required for the project. This home took approximately 45 days to remodel and was under contract within a week of listing on the MLS. You can view some of the before and after photos below.

As you can see, most of the work was in the living and kitchen spaces!
