LAWN CARE – Please make sure your lawn is kept trash free to remain in compliance with your lease agreement. Also, tenants are responsible for mowing and maintaining their lawn regularly. If you need help with this, please let me know, and I'll see if I can help find a reasonably priced lawn care provider for you.

MAINTENANCE REQUESTS - Please notify me of maintenance request as soon as they are noticed, and we will do our best to make sure everything is taken care of in a timely manner. In the case of emergencies, please don't hesitate to text or call my cell phone. If it is not an emergency, please contact me during business hours only.

LEASE AGREEMENTS – If you have a lease agreement expiring, please remember to give 30 days notice to renew or terminate to remain in compliance with your lease agreement. The new lease agreements are electronic and can be signed digitally so no need to print! Also, they are available to save online for easy access and reference. 


ENERGY EFFICIENCY SAVES YOU $$ - Make sure skirting is in place to help with insulation and power bills. Window coverings can also help with energy efficiency. This can save you money!


REMEMBER, WE'RE ON SEPTIC – Toilets and sinks aren’t trash cans! An easy rule of thumb: Do not flush anything besides human waste and toilet paper. 


COVID-19 (OCTOBER update) -  We have been waiving late fees in the past, but are no longer able to do so.  If you can not pay on time, please notify me AHEAD of time to avoid miscommunication or unnecessary eviction. 


If you need unemployment assistance, please file a claim with the Alabama Department of Labor ASAP:
